On this job we supported the roof so we could remove load bearing walls, then completely renovated the kitchen as well as the laundry. Featuring solid stone tops, a breakfast bar with stone waterfall edge, new windows, under mounted double sink and “subway” style splashbacks; the finish has completely transformed the entire home.
RENOVATION AND STRUCTURAL CHANGES
This large and impressive two storey home is perched on a hilltop but was becoming quite dated. As well as completely renovating the kitchen we opened the entire place up by removing a supporting wall, installing a huge steel beam, tiled the living areas, painted, repaired ceilings, new electrical fittings and much more. What a transformation.

NEW OPEN PLAN DESIGN
Our client was on a budget loved the look of stone, so we used stone look laminate for the bench tops and breakfast bar. As well as renovating the kitchen we removed a wall to open the place up, supported the roof structure, make electrical alterations, new flooring throughout and painted the place too.
KITCHEN RENOVATION
This old but charming home is well situated in a coastal location, but the kitchen seriously needed an upgrade. We completely stripped out, made some minor layout, plumbing and electrical alterations, and installed the new kitchen. With solid stone tops, top quality appliances and thoughtful contrasting, the end result was striking.
