TERMITE DAMAGE
Luckily the client had noticed that their tiles were out of place and something didn’t seem right. On inspection we found that termites had badly compromised the structure and nearly half the roof needed replacing.
IMPACTED WALL REBUILT
For this vehicle impacted wall we needed to prop up the roof structure, completely demolish and rebuild the wall. We sourced perfectly matching bricks, plastered the interior, reinstalled the skirting and the middle feature trim, and then painted to match. The end result is like the damage was never there.
FLOODED FLOORING REPLACED
This transportable classroom was on an oval and the oval had flooded, completely destroying the chipboard flooring. We replaced it with marine grade ply and resurfaced the floor.
STRUCTURAL TIMBERS REPLACED
The structural timbers to this townhouse balcony were rotting and compromised. We propped up the structure, replaced the timber-work and repainted. Good as new.
