Southern River Renovation

This project involved a full upgrade across the kitchen, main bathroom, ensuite and laundry, along with targeted changes to window and door openings. The focus was on delivering a clean, consistent finish while making each space work better day to day.

The kitchen was completely renovated and reworked into a far more functional and resolved space. A long peninsula defines the kitchen, providing generous bench space, storage and seating while maintaining connection to the living and dining areas. Cabinetry was redesigned to maximise usable storage, with a strong focus on drawers and practical access, paired with a simple, light palette that lifts the space. The cooking zone has been properly refined with new appliances and a more cohesive splashback and cabinetry arrangement, giving the kitchen a much cleaner and more considered finish.

The main bathroom was fully renovated with layout changes to improve flow and functionality. The updated design creates a more open feel, with better placement of fixtures, improved storage and a clean, modern finish. The ensuite follows the same approach, moving away from a basic layout to a more functional and well-proportioned space with a consistent material palette and upgraded fittings.

The laundry was also completely rebuilt into a far more usable and organised area. New cabinetry, integrated appliances and additional bench space provide a practical working layout while maintaining the same clean, cohesive look seen throughout the rest of the home.

The result is a well-executed renovation that lifts the entire property through better finishes, smarter layouts and a consistent approach across all key areas.
