High-End Full Home Transformation

This project was a full internal reconfiguration and extension, transforming a segmented, dated home into a high-end, open-plan layout with strong connection between living zones and a consistent premium finish throughout.

The original floorplan relied on multiple small rooms and limited openings, restricting light and flow. We removed key structural walls and introduced new support beams to open the kitchen, dining and living into one continuous space, creating clear sightlines and a much more functional layout.

At the centre of the home, the kitchen was completely rebuilt as a true feature space, finished with shaker style cabinetry, luxury stone benchtops, an integrated double fridge, and a large island with extensive drawer storage. A full-height pantry, integrated overhead cabinetry and upgraded lighting including downlights and feature pendants elevate both the practicality and overall feel, turning it into a central entertaining zone rather than just a working kitchen.

A new laundry and additional storage zones were integrated into the layout with custom cabinetry, improving usability without compromising the open feel. Bedrooms were redefined with new walls and built-in robes, while circulation areas were simplified to create a cleaner, more cohesive flow.

Both the main bathroom and ensuite were fully rebuilt to a high-end standard, featuring floor-to-ceiling tiling, custom vanities with luxury stone tops, and upgraded fixtures throughout. The ensuite was designed as a standout space with a freestanding bath, double vanity and generous proportions, delivering a clear step up in comfort and finish.

A brand new front entry extension was constructed, creating a defined and considered arrival point where none previously existed. This space incorporates custom shaker style joinery with integrated seating and storage, immediately setting the tone for the home. New flooring, full internal painting and consistent detailing throughout tie everything together, resulting in a refined, high-end home that feels open, cohesive and significantly elevated from the original structure.
