An Underused Room with Much More Potential

Before the renovation, this Willetton study was a functional extra room, but it was not adding the same value to the home as a well-designed bathroom could. The homeowners saw an opportunity to make better use of the space by converting it into a completely new bathroom, adding both practicality and a stronger sense of luxury to the home.

Designed to Feel Elegant and Inviting

The goal of the project was not simply to add another bathroom, but to create one that felt beautifully finished and thoughtfully styled. A Hampton-inspired direction shaped the overall look, combining classic detailing with softer colours, natural textures and contemporary touches. The design needed to feel refined and welcoming, while still working hard as a practical everyday space.

A Blend of Character and Contemporary Comfort

The transformation introduced a custom white shaker-style vanity, a freestanding bath, marble-look wall tiles and a frameless glass shower, all working together to create a light and timeless feel. A sage green feature wall added depth and personality, while the timber window seat brought warmth and softness into the room. Chrome tapware, a round mirror and decorative lighting helped complete the space, giving it a polished finish with just the right amount of character.

A Beautiful New Addition to the Home

The completed renovation has turned a simple study into a standout bathroom that feels both luxurious and highly functional. What was once an underutilised room is now a beautifully resolved space that adds comfort, style and real value to the home. It is a strong example of how thoughtful planning and quality finishes can completely transform the role of a room.
