This Subiaco renovation involved a comprehensive update of all wet areas throughout the home, creating a much more cohesive and contemporary result across multiple bathrooms. Before the renovation, the spaces felt dated and lacked the level of privacy, finish and consistency the homeowners were after. By approaching the bathrooms together rather than as separate projects, the result feels far more considered and unified.

Improving Privacy as Well as Presentation

A key part of the renovation was addressing the layout of the semi-ensuite, where one of the existing doorways was closed in to create a more private and functional space. This structural change helped the bathroom work more effectively as part of the master suite, while also improving the overall flow of the adjoining areas. It was a practical update that added just as much value as the new finishes themselves.

Crisp Finishes with a Cohesive Feel

Across all of the bathrooms, the updated design introduced floating white vanities, grey stone benchtops, frameless glass shower screens and large-format white and grey tiles. Chrome fixtures and clean-lined fittings helped tie everything together, giving the home a modern monochrome look that feels bright, timeless and easy to maintain.
