A Fresh Start for Two Tired Bathrooms

This Canning Vale renovation involved updating two older bathrooms at the same time, transforming both spaces into fresh, functional and more modern areas for everyday use. Before the renovation, the bathrooms had dated finishes, smaller-format tiles and layouts that no longer suited the needs of the household. While both rooms were still serviceable, they felt tired, cramped and in need of a more practical and cohesive update.

A Smarter Design for Everyday Use

A key goal of the renovation was to improve how the bathrooms worked day to day while giving the home a more contemporary feel overall. One of the most important changes was replacing the rarely used bathtub with a spacious walk-in shower, creating a layout that better suited the family’s lifestyle. Renovating both bathrooms together also allowed for a more consistent design approach, helping the home feel more considered and visually connected.

Clean Lines, Warmer Tones and Better Function

Large-format beige and cream tiles helped brighten both bathrooms and create a cleaner, more open look. Frameless glass shower screens, white wall-mounted vanities and chrome fixtures brought in a modern finish while also making the spaces easier to maintain. The updated layouts improved flow and usability, and the coordinated materials across both rooms gave the renovation a strong sense of continuity.

A Cohesive Result That Feels Like New

The completed renovation has given this Canning Vale home two bathrooms that feel lighter, more spacious and far better suited to modern family living. What were once dated and underperforming spaces have been transformed into practical, low-maintenance bathrooms with a fresh and timeless feel. It is a great example of how renovating multiple spaces together can deliver both functional improvements and a more cohesive overall result.
