WACA Chagerooms Project
The WACA stadium needed layout alterations, new change rooms, new wet areas and players lockers installed. Our team got stuck in and took care of the project, start to finish. We finished ahead of the deadlines and have since been asked to undertake further works at the stadium.
GRANNY FLAT BUILD
Calling this home a "Granny Flat" hardly does it justice. The two bed one bath home has a spacious living area, high spec kitchen, 2 bedrooms; and all within the 70sqm maximum floor space allowance.
Renovation With Layout Mods
We renovated the majority of this home, including some significant layout modifications. Walls were moved and what was previously a low function entry area, became a theatre on one side and spacious butler’s pantry on the other. A brick pier was removed from the living area and a window bricked in, allowing for a hugely improved kitchen space. Check out the transformation.

We replaced the tiles throughout with 1200x600mm rectified porcelain, natural stone Italian tiles. With more than 500sqm of living, this alone was a serious task! The
