Our Management Team
Tim was in real estate sales for six years prior to founding Modus in 2011. Regularly needing to work with trade companies on behalf of his clients, Tim found disappointing experiences were far too commonplace. Making a recommendation for trades was risky business and the bar in the industry seemed to be set very low. So wanting to start his own company Tim decided to do something about it. Modus was started to raise the bar for trades and the tag line from the beginning was Skilled Trades, Corporate Service.
Ben started with Modus in 2012 and has been integral in ensuring great service across the board. Having had the opportunity to grow with the company he has a very deep understanding across all business requirements. Ben is always ready, even on extra busy days, to put in the effort required to ensure our team are all over client requirements. He oversees operations, leads from the front and prides himself on never leaving loose ends. Ben holds a Diploma of Management.
Andrew is a carpenter by trade, holds a Diploma of Building and Construction and is our Registered Building Practitioner (BP102742). He has significant estimating and project management experience and is highly efficient in time management. Andrews wealth of knowledge across all facets of building and construction give him the ability to come up with appropriate solutions to even the most difficult situations.
John has successfully estimated and managed many hundreds of projects since starting with the company in 2013. Johns mix of building knowledge and customer service have allowed him to maintain strong, long term relationships with many key clients. When it comes to building repairs and renovations, there’s not much John hasn’t dealt with before.
Eric is a qualified carpenter and has vast experience working on construction projects all over Europe, prior to moving to Australia in 1998. Eric has a very well rounded knowledge base in all aspects of the build from the foundations up. He has worked on new high rise builds and shopping malls, supervising numerous significant projects. Eric also has a strong maintenance and repair background; there’s not much he hasn’t done. Eric’s attention to detail and high level customer care have allowed him to excel in his role as a Service Manager.
Steffan is a qualified carpenter and has experience in in all stages of building and construction. Steffan always acts fast on client requirements and his management style brings out the very best in our field staff team.
Since starting with Modus in 2014 Jeff’s outstanding work ethic and ability have earned him much influence in the company. Jeff oversees HR, invoicing, accounts and payroll requirements. He is a go to man for many management functions and always quick to act on client requirements.
Bri oversees daily scheduling and ensures that our team are dispatched to best suit customer needs. Bri is very quick to respond to urgent customer requirements and has highly efficient decision making skills. Bri is never ruffled and has outstanding aptitude for dealing with difficult and sensitive situations.
Karl is a qualified ceiling fixer/flusher with experience in all aspects of ceiling repairs. Working with ceilings in an occupied home can be very messy work. Karls thoroughness, planning and attention to detail are key to achieving a high quality and clean finish.
