LIVING AREA CEILINGS
The living area ceilings in this home had sagged beyond repairs so a complete replacement was required. We covered all the surfaces, disconnected electrical fittings, carefully removed the old ceiling, installed new gyprock ceiling, flushed, sanded, painted and reconnected the lights. After a thorough clean up everything was as good as new.
MESSY COLLAPSED CEILING
We arrived to a collapsed ceiling and a complete mess. We cleaned up the mess in no time, removed all the rubbish, vacuumed and then installed a new ceiling including painting the ceiling and the tops of the damaged walls to match the existing colour. As we are also a licensed electrical company reconnecting the light was no problems.
RE-STRAPPED AND REPAIRED
We found this old Plasterglass ceiling severely sagging and on the verge of a complete cave-in. It was still repairable and the owners wanted to keep the ornate cornice, so we propped the ceiling, re-strapped to joists in the roof space, flushed and painted. The finish on a repair job like this can simply never be perfect, however with care, finesse, and skill the result can still be first class. By saving their traditional cornices and a fair chunk of change, the owners were particularly happy with the result.

This water damaged ceiling needed urgent attention. We propped it back up, re-fixed the salvageable areas, patched the fallen areas, flushed and then painted. The finish looks as new and our client saved money from having to replace the entire thing.
